Oncology Molecular Imaging, LLC (OMI) was formed in early 2005 as a leading edge onsite provider of Positron Emission Tomography ("PET") and Computer Tomography ("CT") imaging services to small and mid-sized oncology groups throughout the US. OMI's imaging program offers oncology practices and, in certain situations, healthcare imaging facilities such as hospitals or independent imaging centers a complete solution that enhances patient services while enabling clients to capture revenues that would otherwise have been lost to third-party imaging providers. Currently, OMI operates nine onsite imaging centers.

OMI has twenty-one full and part-time employees located at the Company's two offices and in the field at the various onsite imaging centers. Key management personnel have extensive experience and relationships in the oncology and diagnostic imaging fields. This experience includes both public and private companies that provided oncology practice management services, oncology pharmaceutical purchasing groups, oncology medical educational and communication services and onsite oncology radiation and diagnostic imaging centers.
