Robert A. Miller, CEO, Managing Member
Mr. Miller comes to OMI with over 25 years experience in diversified healthcare management. As former President & co-founder of PhyMatrix Corp, publicly traded on the NYSE, as well as being involved in the development and launch of various sub-acute healthcare industry-based companies, Miller is a serial entrepreneur with an eye toward opportunity in the ever complex healthcare industry. Mr. Miller holds a BS degree in Healthcare Administration from Penn State.

Tammy Womack, CFO
Tammy Womack joined Oncology Molecular Imaging, LLC as CFO in October, 2010. She is responsible for directing the organizational overall financial policies and functions. Ms. Womack's financial functions include; accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax and treasury. Ms. Womack is a CPA and has twenty seven years of experience in the finance field. She has over six years in public accounting and twenty one in industry accounting. Her industry experience includes over twelve years prior to joining OMI in the diagnostic imaging field. She was the Senior VP of Finance for PresGar Companies which owned and operated up to 46 imaging facilities and employed more than seven hundred employees. In addition, she was Controller with Medical Imaging Centers of America (MICA), a publicly held company that owned and operating diagnostic facilities including both fixed and mobile sites. Subsequent to her tenure at MICA, Ms. Womack was employed by Jenny Craig, Inc. as Director of Finance for eight years. Jenny Craig employed approximately 3,500 employees and owned and operated over 600 weight loss centers. Ms. Womack earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA.

Steven C. Becker, PhD, CMPE, Director of Operations
Dr. Becker has over twelve years of progressive management experience in working with multi-specialty medical practices. His background includes strategic planning, contract development, personnel management and supervision, budget and revenue target preparation, budget and revenue variance tracking, fiscal year goal setting, program/business plan development and implementation, project development and implementation, use of continuous quality improvement tools to enhance the efficiency of operations, ability to foster communication within sections, between sections and between different institutions. He combines excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage diverse groups and individuals with different opinions to move in the same direction. He has been actively involved with the expansion of Physician practices, including development of new sites and new revenue producing centers such as Physical Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Clinical Trials, In-house Prescription for Work Comp and MRI. Dr. Becker holds a B.A. degree from Luther College and his M.A. and Ph.D. from The University of Iowa.

Sharon McBride, Sr. VP of Business Development
A native of Pittsburgh, Sharon (Shae) McBride currently serves as Sr. VP of Business Development for OMI. After attending Washington and Jefferson College and the University of Pittsburgh, Shae managed physician practices ranging from solo practices to one of the largest oncology practices in the eastern US. As a manager for PhyMatrix, a publicly held physician practice management company, she was responsible for a $30 million line of business and the company's largest oncology physician practice segment. Prior to joining OMI, Shae was the Chief Executive Officer for Medical Communication and Research (NMCR), a leading medical communication, market research and education company specializing in oncology. Shae served on the NMCR Board of Directors and continues to serve on two private company boards.

Charles Scott, Senior Vice President of Business Development
Charles Scott was appointed Senior Vice President of Development for OMI Management of New York in September 2010. Since joining the company he has been responsible for developing growth strategies. Prior to joining OMI, Mr. Scott was the Senior Vice President of Operations for PresGar Companies, Tampa, Florida. During his eleven years at PresGar Companies Mr. Scott oversaw all operating and development divisions of the Company, which included nine holding companies, 46 operating entities and 21 radiology groups. Mr. Scott is a recognized business leader with over thirty years of radiology practice management experience and proven accomplishments in the diagnostic imaging industry. His background includes extensive experience in outpatient radiology planning, developing, and practice acquisitions. During his career, Mr. Scott has held executive and director positions with both public and private companies in the diagnostic imaging industry. Prior to joining PresGar Companies, Mr. Scott served as Director of Operations of PhyMatrix Diagnostic Imaging, a division of PhyMatrix Corporation. From February 1985 through March 1998, Mr. Scott served as Chief Operating Officer of WorldCare Imaging, Inc, a worldwide telemedicine and diagnostic imaging company located in New York, NY.

Todd Blodgett, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Todd Blodgett is a radiologist with extensive PET and PET/CT training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Dept. of Radiology. Since 1998, the University has performed over 65,000 scans, the majority of which Dr. Blodgett has reviewed. He has coauthored over a dozen peer-reviewed articles, several invited review articles, 50 scientific abstracts and has given over 150 invited lectures on PET/CT, including the esteemed plenary session at the RSNA in 2003.

Joseph Allegra, MD, Managing Member
A Board Certified Internist and sub specialist in medical oncology, Dr. Allegra received his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his MD from Penn State University M.S. Hershey Medical School. His sub specialty work took place at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD. There, Dr. Allegra served as a Senior Associate. In 1980, Dr. Allegra was appointed Associate Professor of Medicine and named Chief of the Medical Oncology Division at the University of Louisville. After retiring from academia, Dr. Allegra now devotes his time to building new healthcare related companies, with his latest endeavor being OMI, LLC.

Paul Yeoham, Managing Member
Paul Yeoham is a founding partner of Progress Equity Partners in Dallas, TX. Paul has twenty years of financial and investment management experience. Prior to co-founding Progress Equity, he was a founding partner of Transition Capital Partners, Ltd., a similar leveraged buyout firm. Paul and his partners formed Transition Capital Partners after they left another private equity firm known as Best Associates. In addition to serving on the board of OMI, Paul currently serves as a director on the boards of Conisus, LLC, Westcon Holdings, Inc. and Landscape Services Holdings, LLC. Previous board participation includes Digney York Associates, The Network of Medical Communications and Research, Texas Home Health Holdings, Inc. and Tributary Systems, Inc.
