2. An onsite audit of New Patient's/Established Patient's, by ICD-9 codes, and other business profile data will be conducted to determine potential volume and economic feasibility.

3. Pro forma and site plans are formulated and introduced.

4. A letter of Intent is signed. Management Services Agreement (M.S.A) is negotiated and executed.

5. Reimbursement/ Managed Care Review conducted.

6. Development plan, licensure , legal ,FMV, compliance reviews are completed

7. Build out is executed and equipment is purchased/installed.

8. OMI will recruit, hire, train and supervise staff for your PET /CT center.

9. Billing and reporting protocols will be coordinated.

10. Radiology agreements are negotiated on behalf of the site by OMI.

11. Education/Marketing of PET/CT services is an ongoing service provided to all clinical personnel.
